You can now search for traces by querying for specific spans. Go to the Explore->Traces to get started

The trace explorer allows you to specify conditions to match up to 3 different spans within a trace. This lets you find exemplar traces where a single trace contains 3 spans each matching a separate condition.

One example use case for this is if you want to find a trace for a specific user loading a specific page in the browser, and within the same trace, the backend made an HTTP request that took over 1s. Here's what that query would look like:
